The formation of a new supply chain management group–M-Pact Solutions–has been announced by Mallory Alexander International Logistics (www.mallorygroup.com). Its Director is John Huggins, an executive with 21 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions for manufacturing and logistics management clients.
